"In the remaining months of the year, it is planned to complete the construction of 17.5 km of lines and nine stations on the Big Circle Line (BCL), as well as open one station after reconstruction," Interfax quotes Bochkarev as saying.

He noted that in the next two years it is planned to build another 58 km of lines, 24 metro stations and three electric depots.

On September 9, Bochkarev spoke about the construction progress of the Troitskaya metro line.
