The Bourgoin-Jallieu (Isère) court on Wednesday tried a 52-year-old man for the third time, for consultation and possession of child pornography images and electronic corruption of minors.

As reported by

, the fifty-something had already been sentenced for the same facts ten years ago and last January.

Serving a three-year prison sentence, two of which were suspended, under an electronic bracelet, he reoffended.

It was a mother who had unmasked him by posing as a 15-year-old teenager and who then reported him.

After a second report, his file had been sent to the Bourgoin-Jallieu police station where his IP address had been located.

"A narcissistic, perverse and voyeuristic personality"

On June 28, this father was arrested and imprisoned.

The examination of his computer equipment had revealed that he had plunged again barely three weeks after his conviction and the expert who had met him had presented him as "a narcissistic, perverse and voyeuristic personality", quote our colleagues.

At the bar, he explained that he enjoyed talking to minors and having a problem with his libido, attributing his recurrence to the incompetence of his psychiatrist.

The court finally sentenced him to 18 months in prison with revocation of the previous suspension and definitive ban from working with minors.
