“A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art.
109 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Causing death by negligence of two or more persons"), on the fact of the death in the apartment ... of a girl born in 2012, her mother and wife of a woman born in 1989, "the message says.
According to preliminary information, no signs of violent death were found on the bodies of the dead.
“When inspecting the scene of the incident, a malfunction of the gas water heater was found in the apartment,” the press service noted.
As specified, the exact causes of death of the victims will be established during forensic medical examinations.
On September 10, information appeared that in Moscow an elderly woman and her 15-year-old granddaughter were taken to the hospital with poisoning.
Both patients died.
