The woman says in interrogation that she got suspicions when the man threatened her by saying that she would take care of what she said because he had her medical record.

Then she requested the logs of who had been in the journal and discovered that he had been there on nine occasions.

She thinks he did it to be able to check her, soil her in the custody dispute or find out if she met anyone new, because he also read the medical record from the women's clinic.

The doctor's manager has responded

According to the man's boss, there was no reason for the doctor to go into the medical record.

The boss also reacted to the fact that the man read in it at funny times of the day, when you do not usually have to do it.

He also says that the rules for reading medical records are known in healthcare.

The doctor himself admits the acts, but not that he has committed a crime.

He says that he wanted to help and that the woman gave him consent when he had previously treated her.

He is now being prosecuted in the district court for data breach.
