An Egyptian girl committed suicide by jumping from the sixth floor of a mall in Cairo
City Stars Mall in the Nasr City district of Cairo witnessed a girl's suicide, as mall goers were surprised by the sound of a strong crash on the ground floor, to be surprised by the body of a girl lying on the ground, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
According to sources, the security services immediately moved to the place of the fall of the girl, which revealed her death, and that she is in her thirties and resides in the Al-Zohour neighborhood in Nasr City.
Activists on social media circulated a video of the place where a girl fell, inside the City Stars Mall in Nasr City.
Surveillance cameras monitored the incident, and it turned out that the girl approached the glass fence of the floor and climbed on one of the seats and then threw herself.
The security services kept the video cameras and examined photos and videos circulating about the incident of the girl’s fall from the sixth floor of the City Stars Mall, to determine the circumstances of the incident, and to determine whether the accident was a suicide or just a fall as a result of an imbalance.
According to Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper, the security services seized surveillance cameras inside the mall on the sixth floor, and another one corresponding to the location of its fall;
To monitor the girl's movements before she fell to reveal the ambiguity and circumstances of the accident and to confirm that there is no criminal suspicion.
