On 5 October, the residents of Filipstad are invited to a safety walk where the outdoor environment in the central parts will be inventoried.
The purpose is to collect views and thoughts from the residents in order to work to make the unsafe places safer and to reduce crime.
- This will give results, says the municipality's security coordinator Michael Björklund, who hopes for great support from Filipstad residents.
Inspiration has been taken from Gothenburg, where safety walks began in Nordstan 2017.
