“On the Garden Ring, as a result of an accident, a motorcycle caught fire, a motorcyclist and his passenger were burned,” the department said.
According to the traffic police, at about 21:20 the motorcyclist was changing lanes and collided with a GAZelle car.
A motorcycle gas tank ruptured, followed by a fire.
"As a result of the accident, a motorcyclist was injured - a man born in 1990 and his passenger born in 1992," the message says.
According to preliminary data, the motorcyclist and the passenger were hospitalized with thermal burns.
Earlier it was reported that in the east of Moscow, a 17-year-old teenager driving a foreign car hit a woman with a five-year-old child.
