Welcome to episode 177 of the Objection podcast.

“Hang the Greens” is a call to murder.

Can a right-wing extremist party put up such posters?

It's hard to imagine, but that's how it is - at least when it comes to the Chemnitz Administrative Court, which decided in an urgent procedure.

We talk about the history and the arguments of the court.

In the podcast we are also dealing with the candidates for chancellor from the SPD and Union, Olaf Scholz and Armin Laschet.

Scholz's ministry was searched and now his state secretary has a problem.

And Laschet was behind the clearing of the Hambach Forest, which an administrative court has now declared illegal.

We are also celebrating 70 years of the Federal Constitutional Court with Rudolf Mellinghoff, who was a member of the court for eleven years.
