On September 9, EMERCOM employees completed rescue operations at the site of a gas explosion in a multi-storey building in Noginsk near Moscow.
As a result of the emergency, seven people died, 22 were injured.
One of the residents of the house, in an interview with the "360" TV channel, said that after the gas explosion, her family was blocked in the apartment.
According to her, none of her relatives was hurt, but everyone experienced great stress.
