“These circumstances led to the cotton of concentrated household gas and to the complete collapse of the first four floors of the second entrance of the house,” the UK said.

On September 9, EMERCOM employees completed rescue operations at the site of a gas explosion in a multi-storey building in Noginsk near Moscow.

As a result of the emergency, seven people died, 22 were injured.
