A young man was killed by firearm this Tuesday at the beginning of the afternoon in Torcy (Seine-et-Marne).

The 28-year-old victim was in cardio-respiratory arrest when the firefighters arrived at the scene.
Despite heart massages, the man could not be resuscitated.
According to the Ile-de-France daily, it was a witness to the scene who sounded the alert after hearing detonations and briefly seeing the shooter.
He was joined by other residents near the victim who was lying on the ground, hit in the back.
The victim would be known to the police
On the school side, measures were taken after this shooting.
“The children who were in the canteen were brought to safety.
Classes were released at 4.30 p.m., under the supervision of the municipal police, ”explains the mayor of the town, Guillaume Le Lay-Felzine.
An investigation was opened and entrusted to the judicial police of Meaux.
According to the first elements, the victim would be from Torcy and known to the police.
