His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Decree No. (42) of 2021 to terminate the services of Sami Abdullah Abdul Khaliq Gargash, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, provided that the decree is effective as of Yesterday, it will be published in the Official Gazette.
In addition, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Council Resolution No. (41) of 2021 appointing Omar Hamad Abdullah Hamad Bushhab, Executive Director of the Commercial Registration Sector at the Department of Economic Development, to carry out the duties of director Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, for a period of six months, subject to extension, provided that the decision is effective as of yesterday, and is published in the Official Gazette.
Hamdan bin Mohammed issued a decision appointing Bushahab as director.
