UNT was the first to report on the thefts that have taken place in Uppsala.
On two of the occasions, the perpetrator must have taken packages and newspapers and on the third occasion the entire cycle.
The affected company, Swedish Home Delivery, has deployed security guards to make everyday life safer for the bidders.
- We take this seriously.
Distributors must feel safe when they are out and about, says David Ahlmark, responsible for distribution at the company.

"Investigation underway"
No bicycle bidder should have been seriously injured in connection with the crimes.
The police have not arrested any suspects.
- The investigation is underway but it is too early to say if there is any connection between the three thefts, says Jonas Eronen.
