“To establish all the circumstances of A. Franchetti's detention, the Russian Federation has already sent inquiries to the Czech Republic,” she told TASS.

As the representative of the Czech Police Presidium Ondřej Moravchik said earlier, a Russian citizen was detained in the capital under an international arrest warrant issued by Ukraine.
