Villajoyosa (Alicante)
hours after her sentimental partner, a man, took his own life by throwing himself from a bridge in that town, as reported to Efe sources close to the case.
The same sources have indicated that
the first indications point to a possible case of homicide due to sexist violence
.
It is a marriage with three minor children, without a history of gender violence.
Sources consulted by Efe have indicated that the 52-year-old man has jumped off the railway bridge at around ten in the morning and has died.

have found the woman with her throat cut

The removal of the body took place around 7:30 p.m.

Municipal sources have told Efe that the people are "shocked and very surprised" by what happened.

no previous complaints of mistreatment, nor that the victim was in the comprehensive monitoring system for cases of gender violence (VioGén).
