In the United States, a woman is drawing attention by releasing a video of her meeting a crocodile while riding a paddleboard.

On the 11th local time, Fox News reported that Vicky Remy Baker of Florida met a crocodile while paddleboarding at Silver Springs State Park in Marion County.

Reportedly, Baker enjoyed paddleboarding along the Silver River in Silver Springs State Park with friends over the Labor Day holiday earlier this month.

While paddling on a board, Baker found a giant alligator the size of an adult.

As the crocodile swam closer, Mr. Baker hurriedly shouted "No! Go away!" and then poked the crocodile's body with a blue paddle.

The crocodile made a 'hiss' and stepped back.

When the alligator circled again, Baker said, "I don't know why they're trying to attack me. I've never had a crocodile following me before." “I think someone kept feeding the crocodile and made it dangerous,” he said.

"I had no choice but to paddle the crocodile out with a paddle and then quickly paddle and run," Baker told Fox News at the time.

Baker, who returned home safely, uploaded a video of his battle with the crocodile on his social media account, along with the caption, "The crocodile tried to bite the paddle board." This video has been garnering a warm response with over 300,000 views within two days of being released.

Netizens left various comments, such as "The reason I don't go kayaking in Florida", "I'm glad I didn't get eaten", "It's amazing to shoot a video in that situation."

This is a 'news pick'.
