The police write on their website that the dog has been taken to an animal hospital with serious injuries as a result of the wolf attack.
According to the police, one of the wolves was "probably hit" after being shot, but is then believed to have run out into the woods.
"Authorized predator crew will search for the injured wolf," the police write on their website.
