- It is great fun to be in place and it is countries from all over the world that have found their way here.
From Sweden we are two girls, me and Charlotte Wilhelmsson, and three boys, Magnus Lindstedt, Marcus Tronet and Linus Karlsson, says Ulrika Larsson.
How has the upload been before the World Cup?
- I have been in as usual with five to ten sessions a week and I have trained a little extra on turns, she says.
In which disciplines do you compete?
- I line up in the 200 meter sprint where we just paddle straight ahead.
And so in the technical race which is 1,000 meters where seven bends are included, so that competition is more technical.
What are your strenghts?
- I'm fast and strong at shorter distances, that's my thing.
So what are your chances of winning a medal?
- I line up in the class +40 years and I have to say that I have a little bad control.
I do not know much about the opposition, except for my teammate and another who I know is very good.
But I really hope for a medal, says Ulrika Larsson.
Ulrika Larsson already has one Swedish Championship gold, four Swedish Championship silver and two Swedish Championship bronze.
