The People's Power submitted a complaint to the prosecution in relation to the search and seizure by the high-ranking official's crime investigation department against Rep.

On the morning of the 11th, the People's Power submitted a complaint to the Supreme Prosecutor's Office against seven people including Kim Jin-wook, director of the Airborne Division, and prosecutors and investigators who participated in the search and seizure.

There are two charges, including abuse of authority, obstruction of the exercise of right, and illegal seizure and search.

Joo-hye Jeon, floor spokesperson, and Oh-hyeon Kwon, a member of the legal advisory committee, participated in the filing of the complaint in the name of the party.

People's Power is the position that the search and seizure of Rep. Kim, who is a reference, did not go through the due process.

The claim is that in the absence of the party member, Rep. Kim, the search and seizure warrant was not legally presented, and the search and seizure was attempted on personal documents of assistants that were not included in the scope of the search and seizure.

Meanwhile, Rep. Kim is planning to submit a quasi-submission to the court this afternoon requesting the cancellation of the search and seizure warrant.
