Per Joar Hansen has a long coaching career behind him, with clubs such as Rosenborg in Trondheim and GIF Sundsvall.
Now he has to take over a team that is fighting at the bottom of the Allsvenskan.
Wednesday's training was easy after some hard training sessions earlier in the week.
