The inspection team believes that the main reason is that the local government is blindly seeking speed in the promotion of toilet reform, ignoring the fact that Jiaqingtan Village and other villages are located in hilly and mountainous areas, and the lack of consideration of local conditions in the transformation mode and requirements has caused the subsequent construction progress to be unable to keep up. .

It is suggested that on the one hand, we should coordinate and integrate various funds, increase rural water supply channels, and consolidate and improve rural drinking water conditions; on the other hand, we should establish and improve a long-term management and protection mechanism for rural drinking water safety and a risk monitoring mechanism to promote professional management of rural water supply guarantee projects .
