A 33-year-old woman was arrested and taken into police custody on Wednesday in Orléans (Loiret).

She is implicated for having hit her three children, aged 3 and 4, reports France Bleu Orléans.

She allegedly assaulted them with a belt and a phone charger cable.

The case dates back to last April when one of the children, aged 4 and attending kindergarten, told his teacher that he had been beaten.

The latter then decided to report the facts to the police, reports the local radio.

A medical expertise was then carried out on the three children and reported several lesions on their bodies.

They would indeed suffer repeated acts of violence which would have started in January 2020, explain our colleagues.

They have all been placed by the Social Assistance to Children of Loiret.

During his hearings, the mis en cause denied the facts with which he is accused.

It will be the subject of a judgment within the framework of a COPJ (summons by a judicial police officer), in early 2022, details the media loirétain.
