111 of the Criminal Code of Russia (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim by negligence).
It is noted that during the trial it was established that on the New Year holidays, on the basis of personal hostility, the policeman inflicted multiple bodily injuries on a man from one of the apartments of an apartment building, from which the latter died.
Earlier in Dagestan, an ex-policeman and a businessman were detained in a fraud case.
