10 September 2021 Confindustria is in favor of the obligation of a Green pass in the workplace and asks politics to take a position on this matter.

Carlo Bonomi, president of Confindustria, highlighted how: "Confindustria is due to the vaccination obligation, because through the vaccination obligation we ensure the health of Italians. Unfortunately, politics cannot find a synthesis - I believe also due to the fact that local elections are approaching - however we must secure the workplace. For the health of workers and to have a healthy economy that can guarantee a whole series of important resources for the country. The only tool we have today it is the Green pass, so we asked the Government to make the Green pass compulsory in the workplace ".

The leader of the Viale dell 'organization Astronomia said this on the sidelines of the press conference for the presentation of the short film promoted by Confindustria "

One hundred and eleven. Women and

men for a grandiose dream

", an auteur film directed by Luca Lucini, as part of the 78th Venice International Film Festival, in the 'Venice production bridge' section. The short, starring Cristiana Capotondi , Alessio Boni and Giorgio Colangeli, wants to tell the contribution that companies have given to the restart in the post-pandemic period, as it happened in the second post-war period when it was necessary to rebuild the country.

Bonomi underlined: "We should work together despite having differences of opinion. I believe that if we get together with the same spirit that our parents had when they rebuilt Italy, we will find a solution. My concern is that instead we are pushing towards a radicalization within the workplace on which we have no tools to intervene. And this is sorry, we are also sorry to see a differentiation within the workers: canteens and many things that could happen. This is not good and it is not right ".

"We ask politics to assume its responsibilities and not to leave entrepreneurs alone in the front row without having the possibility of having the tools to be able to intervene. We need the courage, the courage of the future", underlined the leader of Confindustria, adding: "This country today he has stopped dreaming, only by dreaming can we think of rebuilding our country ". "The desired parallelism with the post-war years is because at that time our fathers had a wonderful dream, and a dream is used to plan a better future", he concluded.
