As of the end of December 2020, Kunshan has approved a total of 5,394 Taiwan-funded projects with a total investment of 64.590 billion U.S. dollars and a registered capital of 33.038 billion U.S. dollars; Taiwanese investment accounts for nearly one-ninth of the entire mainland.

This year's Lantern Festival is divided into two parts: Zhouzhuang Light District and Huiju Square Light District.
