"The risk is greater"
There are also people who for medical reasons cannot be vaccinated, but Mikael Johansson (M) points out that it is not them that the debate is about, but those who do not want to be vaccinated.
But you can spread the infection even if you are vaccinated.

The Swedish Medical Ethics Council, SMER, believes that health care personnel have a moral obligation to be vaccinated against covid-19.
"The patient's / user's interest in minimizing the risk of infection outweighs the employee's individual choice to be vaccinated or not."
