"It is definitely worth talking (to Zelensky with Putin)," TASS quotes him.

Kuleba believes that the conversation between Zelensky and Putin "should be difficult", but "you need to go to it."

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that Ukraine hopes for an early meeting in the Normandy format with the participation of Russia.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recalled in response that the Normandy format should ensure the creation of conditions for concrete implementation in their entirety and consistency of the Minsk agreements.
