Putin does not plan to take part in the funeral of Zinichev in St. Petersburg

On Friday, September 10, Vladimir Putin will take part in the farewell ceremony for the deceased head of the Emergencies Ministry Yevgeny Zinichev.

Farewell will be held in Moscow.
