"Moscow and Tehran are interested in establishing stability in this country as an important factor in ensuring security in the region and beyond," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Moscow was in favor of taking into account the interests of all ethnopolitical forces of the country when forming the Afghan government.
