A romantic rivalry.

This seems to be what caused the beating of a 15-year-old girl, drawn aside by two other high school girls on leaving her school in downtown Toulouse.

The correction earned six days of ITT for the victim who also had to endure the broadcast of the scene on Snapchat.

The case dates back to May 2021 but it had its epilogue this Wednesday with the summons to the police station of two young girls, 16 and 17 years old, but also of their friend suspected of having filmed the assault.

Soon indicted

In front of the investigators of the unit of attacks against the people of the right bank, the suspects admitted the violence.

The teenager however denied having filmed the facts.

The three teenagers were summoned in November before the children's judge for an indictment, for "violence in meetings" for the two girls, and for "complicity in violence in meetings" and "dissemination of violent images" for the boy.

Because, the police insist on transmitting the message to the young people, "to film passively a scene of crime makes accomplice of the facts" and "to diffuse violent images constitutes another offense".
