The responsibility for disposing of the rubbish actually lies primarily with the scandal company Think Pink, which created the rubbish heaps, and secondarily with the landowner.
During the summer, the county administrative board came to the conclusion that the rubbish dumps in Kassmyra can be classified as illegal dumping.
This meant that the municipality could issue an injunction against the landowner who says that he must remove the rubbish by 1 December.
Otherwise he risks a fine.
But the Moderates in Botkyrka do not think that is enough.
Opposition councilor Stina Lundgren believes that there is an imminent risk that those involved will meander and the case will drag on - while the rubbish heaps remain and constitute a health and environmental hazard.
