A fatal paramotor accident occurred Monday evening in the town of Trébrivan near Carhaix, we learned from the Côtes-d'Armor firefighters.
It was the victim's father who sounded the alert a little before 9 p.m. after witnessing the fall of the motorized vehicle piloted by his son.
Significant resources were then mobilized by the gendarmes to try to find the pilot, in particular with the presence of a helicopter and a drone.
The 43-year-old victim's lifeless body was finally discovered around 1:30 a.m. by a witness who was participating in the search.
