Pamfilova commented on the PACE decision to send observers to the elections to the State Duma

“The CEC welcomes the decision of the PACE to participate in the observation of the elections.

For our part, we will be as open as possible, we will provide all the necessary conditions for full-fledged observation, ”Interfax quotes her as saying.

She noted that the PACE mission has sufficient qualifications "to give an objective assessment of how the voting will proceed."

Earlier it became known that a group of international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will send observers to the upcoming elections to the State Duma in September.
