Justice The judge imputes María Dolores de Cospedal in Kitchen for bribery and embezzlement
The Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office affirms that there are "sufficient indications of criminality" against María Dolores de Cospedal in the
Kitchen operation
to revoke the file that the judge of the National Court
Manuel García-Castellón
issued regarding her
.
This is what the Prosecutor's Office maintains in the appeal filed this Monday against the order in which the magistrate concluded the investigation into the espionage of former PP treasurer Luis Bárcenas.
The judge sent 11 people to trial, including former Interior Minister Jorge Fernández Díaz, but left out the former general secretary of the PP and her husband, businessman
Ignacio López del Hierro.
The Prosecutor's Office had asked the judge to continue with the investigation, and asked the Criminal Chamber of the Hearing to revoke the refusal of the instructor.
Regarding the file regarding the former leader of the PP, the prosecutors request "the revocation of the agreement of partial provisional dismissal with respect to the investigated
María Dolores de Cospedal
, [e] Ignacio LÓPEZ DEL HIERRO [...] both by the manifest nature extemporaneous of the decision and due to the presence, at this particular procedural moment and except from what results from the pending proceedings, of sufficient evidence of criminality of their respective participation in the criminal acts under investigation ".
In his own appeal against the judge's decision - in that case for sending him to the bench -
Fernández Díaz
criticized that the instructor closed the case without directing it to the
PP
. it was the party leaders, and not those then responsible for the Interior, who were the potential beneficiaries of the fact that documentation related to accounting was stolen from the former treasurer b.
The appeal also asks the Criminal Chamber to order the judge to continue carrying out proceedings on the possible connection with the case of the former Prime Minister and the PP Mariano Rajoy.
Specifically, it requests that the PP have to inform "about the person or persons who were assigned as a corporate telephone number" one that the commissioner José Manuel Villarejo attributes to Rajoy and that he supposedly used to keep him informed of the operation.
In general, the Prosecutor's Office considers that the closure of the case has been hasty and asks the court to order
García Castellón to
continue with the investigation.
One of his requests is that the former director general of the Police
Ignacio Cosidó
be taken as a defendant
.
