In detail, the driver affected by the incident said that he was walking on his way when his vehicle was hit from behind, so he felt pain in his body, and got off with difficulty from his car and sat on the sidewalk parallel to the left lane of the street, pointing out that the road speed was relatively average due to the density of vehicles on the road. the street, but it was clear that the offending driver was not paying attention.

He added that the culprit driver got out of his car, inspected the damage, and then came to him and asked him not to call the police, as he was driving his brother's car with violations of more than 30 thousand dirhams, pointing out that he refused and told him that he must first check on himself before thinking about The cars were damaged, so he begged him not to report, but he assured him that he needed an ambulance.

He pointed out that he felt that the other driver would do something wrong, so he recorded his car number as a precaution, and was actually surprised by him fleeing quickly from the place, before the arrival of the police patrol and ambulance.

The damaged driver explained that he underwent a medical examination, then accompanied the patrol to the Al Qusais Police Station, which reached the owner of the car, and was summoned to the station.

When asked, he stated that his brother had taken his car without his knowledge, so the culprit driver and the car that committed the accident were summoned, and it was immediately transferred by Emirates Auctions to the seizure counter, as it is required for the accumulation of violations on it, and in light of the fact that it has expired license and renewal.

In the presence of the culprit driver, he confessed to committing the accident and escaping from the place, attributing this to his fear of impounding the car, and he was arrested, arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution and Traffic Court, where he repeated his confession.
