Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services revealed the introduction of two new vehicles for the "VIP" service, in its fleet dedicated to serving the "Expo 2020" exhibition, which are considered the latest in the world.

The Foundation explained that it will receive "Expo 2020", while it is in full readiness and readiness, whether at the level of individuals or services and technologies, as it has added to its ambulance fleet two ambulances with very special specifications for VIPs, which are considered the most advanced and comfortable in the world.

The Executive Director of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, Khalifa Al-Dari, told «Emirates Today»: "We seek to highlight the progress in the level of services that characterizes the UAE in general, and Danat al-Dunya (Dubai) in particular, through exclusivity in services, so we are keen to develop Our ambulance fleet is in line with our vision of providing innovative and world-leading services.”

He continued: "Within the projects of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services to develop ambulances for emergency cases, we have added two ambulances to serve VIPs that will be stationed near the main podium," noting that many technologies and updates have been introduced to the interior and exterior equipment of the two vehicles through the use of the "Intrax" system technology. “, which allows the vehicle to be easily equipped during emergency situations and special transport cases, which gives more internal space for patient comfort, in addition to the use of the advanced smart “Ferno” stretcher of the type (any NX), which depends in its movement on an intelligent system that adapts with the size and condition of the patient.

Al-Dray added: “The vehicle is designed from the inside in a way that provides comfort and complete comfort to the patient. From the outside, the vehicles have been equipped with systems that allow comfort and safety, such as the intelligent hydraulic suspension system, which maintains the stability of the vehicle comfortably and quietly, and reduces vibrations to ensure patient comfort during the transportation process. In addition to the IASTC system that identifies and reduces technical malfunctions through the possibility of identifying and repairing the malfunction.”

He continued, "Like all ambulances, the new vehicle is equipped with a smart tracking system to determine its location, which is an advanced system that receives reports, then directs the vehicle closest to the location of the report, monitors the patient's condition and sends information about his condition to hospitals immediately."

He added: "This project is the advanced ambulance project in its new version, the product of six years of work and modernization on ambulances, which will be launched for the first time during the Expo 2020."

He stressed that the Foundation follows the approach of innovation and creativity in all its initiatives, to improve its services, and to deal with all events, occasions, crises and emergencies.

He pointed out that the Foundation has studied the needs of all its initiatives, and the field challenges facing their implementation.

The two “VIPs” ambulances are the product of six years of work and modernization, and they will start operating for the first time during the Expo 2020, which will start on the first of next October and continue until the end of March next year.
