“I urge the US Embassy in Russia to tell the US Embassy in Ukraine that Russia is not a party to the Minsk agreements,” Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
According to her, a set of measures is mandatory for the parties to the intra-Ukrainian conflict: Kiev, DPR and LPR.
Thus, she commented on reports that the US Embassy in Ukraine called on Russia to fully fulfill its Minsk obligations.
Earlier, the adviser to the Kiev delegation in the trilateral contact group, Aleksey Arestovich, said that Ukraine had managed to get off the hook of the Minsk agreements.
