Metropolitan Ioanniky of Montenegro and Primorsky officially took office

Metropolitan Ioanniky officially headed the Montenegrin-Primorsk Metropolitanate of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC).

Earlier it was reported that the Montenegrin police used tear gas to disperse the protest of nationalists.

It is noted that the demonstrators oppose the ceremony of enthronement of the Metropolitan of Montenegro and Primorsky Ioanniky of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC) in the Cetinsky monastery.

During the clashes between Montenegrin nationalists and the police in Cetinje, four people were slightly injured.
