Local sources confirmed that the Syrian regime forces resumed at midnight the bombing of the besieged neighborhoods of Daraa Al-Balad, and also targeted a delegation of the people of the province after a round of negotiations with the regime and the Russian side, as the issue of displacing the besieged has not been resolved until now.

Local sources told Al-Jazeera that the regime forces bombed with tanks and artillery shells the neighborhoods of Daraa Al-Balad 3 days after the ceasefire, adding that more than 20 surface-to-surface missiles were bombed.

This came after local sources told Al-Jazeera that the regime forces targeted the delegation of dignitaries of Houran while it was heading to Daraa Al-Balad after a round of negotiations with the regime and the Russian side.

The sources added that the delegation of the people of Houran was in the process of meeting with the Daraa clans council to inform it of the details of the meeting, and that the issue of the displacement of the people of Daraa al-Balad has not been resolved until now.

In turn, the Negotiations Committee on behalf of the people of Daraa said that the request for displacement came as a result of the siege and the harsh conditions in Daraa al-Balad, and it became known to all.

The committee added that the displacement to Turkey or Jordan is intended to enter the territories of the two countries and not to reach northern Syria.

She explained that one of the Syrian regime officials said that Turkey had agreed to the request to enter the displaced, and that this was not true, after the tribes communicated with the concerned parties on the Turkish side.

The tribes of Daraa had previously called on the Russian side to secure a mass displacement of the people of Daraa al-Balad towards Turkey or Jordan, after the regime’s coup against the terms of the agreement concluded with the tribes, according to the negotiating committee.

Earlier on Saturday, pro-Syrian regime media reported that the regime had given the fighters from Daraa residents who reject the settlement until four in the evening to get out of it.

The people appealed to Jordan's King Abdullah II to intervene to stop the "operations of extermination and displacement" they are subjected to by the Syrian regime, without Russian intervention to prevent them. They also appealed to him - in a videotape - to open a safe road for them to reach Jordan.
