“Agrarians who grow vegetables in greenhouses using supplementary lighting technology will be able to apply for support within the framework of the state program for the development of agriculture.

The decree on this was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, ”the statement reads.

It is noted that "supplementary lighting systems allow to significantly increase yields and are actively used in greenhouse complexes."

“In order to support agricultural producers introducing promising technologies, the Government has decided to extend to them the current support measure in the form of subsidies.

The adopted decision will help to increase the production of vegetables in greenhouses, will contribute to the saturation of the Russian market with domestically produced products, ”the government's press service said.

Also, the Russian government announced the expansion of the list of professions and specialties that are necessary for the modernization of the Russian economy.
