'No vax' and aggressions, Lamorgese: new tools are needed against web threats

September 04, 2021 The facts date back to August 28, when in Milan, they attacked a gazebo of the 5 Star Movement. Today the State Police carried out, in the Lombard capital and in the province of Lecco, 4 search decrees issued by the head of the Antiterrorism of the Milan Public Prosecutor Alberto Nobili and by the prosecutor Paola Pirrotta against four No vax. They are under investigation for the crimes of attacking the political rights of citizens, damaging and failing to notify the commissioner of a meeting in a public place.
The four searches had already participated in previous protests against the obligation of the Green Pass in the city last August.
In the proceeding, the State Police denounced another eight: six for lack of notice to the commissioner of a meeting in a public place (including one for incitement to commit a crime), one for misrepresentation in a public demonstration and one for insult. With regard to the last two, the commissioner Petronzi issued the preventive measures, for both, of the oral notice and of the street paper from the municipality of Milan.
