“Within the framework of the meeting, meetings of three subgroups took place: on the fight against terrorism, organized crime and the drug threat, on strategic (military-political) issues, as well as on arms control and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction,” the statement on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website says.

Issues in the field of cybersecurity were also discussed.

The participants in the talks paid attention to practical issues of bilateral Russian-German relations.
