Among the six absent, there is first of all Ahmad Alkhald.

For investigators, he is one of the main bombers of the Islamic State.

His DNA was found on several explosive belts.

He is presumed dead.

Another absent accused, Osama Attar, the mastermind of the November 13 attacks, a member of the intelligence services of the Islamic State.

He was reportedly killed by an airstrike in 2017 in the Iraqi-Syrian zone.

The Clain brothers, known to have read the message calling for the attacks, will also be absent.

Fabien and Jean-Michel Clain, two Toulouse residents, figures of the French jihad, were said to have been killed in 2019 by an airstrike in Syria.

Ahmed Dahmani, sentenced in Turkey

Also absent, the Belgian-Moroccan logistician Ahmed Dahmani.

Friend of Salah Abdeslam, he would have obtained the chemical necessary for the manufacture of explosives.

Sentenced to ten years in prison in Turkey, no agreement has been found to allow him to appear in France.

Finally, the last accused presumed dead is Obeida Aref Dibo.

He allegedly provided false Syrian passports to terrorists and organized several transits through Turkey.
