China News Service, Shenyang, September 3 (Wang Jingwei and Li Xi) The eighth batch of burial ceremony for the remains of the Chinese People’s Volunteers in South Korea was held in the Shenyang War Memorial of Anti-US Aggression and Aid Korea on the morning of the 3rd. There were 109 volunteers who died in a foreign country during the war. Rest in peace on the land of the motherland.

  At 10 o'clock, the military band played the "Missing Song" and the ceremony officially began.

Under the escort of PLA soldiers armed with guns, soldiers of ceremonies escorted volunteer soldiers' coffins into the scene slowly, and the audience played and sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China.

  All the staff bowed three times to the volunteer martyrs, and 27 salute soldiers fired 12 shots to pay high tribute to the heroes.

  With the low reverberation of "Missing Song" again, the soldiers lifted up the coffins of the volunteer martyrs, walked around the square for half a week, and slowly walked towards the burial palace.

The audience stared at the coffin of the martyrs and silently bid farewell to the heroes.

Participants in the ceremony lined up to pay tribute to the martyrs and pay homage to the famous wall of martyrs.

  Since 2014, China and South Korea have jointly implemented the handover of the remains of the Chinese People's Volunteers in South Korea for 8 consecutive years, bringing the remains of 825 martyrs back to the motherland.
