Putin awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II Degree, for merits in the elimination of emergencies involving the risk to the life of a first-class doctor and rescuer Dmitry Mironov from the Amur Region.

In addition, four firefighters (Alexander Zakharov from the Tyumen region, Alexander Panov from the Chelyabinsk region, and Yegor Zakharov and Boris Kruchinin from Yakutia) received medals "For Courage in a Fire".

Two more emergency workers were awarded medals "For the rescue of the dead": Andrey Savvateev (Trans-Baikal Territory) and Evgeny Kolesnikov (Amur Region).

State awards were given to Andrey Sinchenko and Vladislav Ten from the Khabarovsk Territory and Semyon Pazinich from Yakutia.

Earlier, Putin posthumously awarded the Order of Courage to the pilots of the Il-112 that crashed in the Moscow region.
