This came when His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approved the results of the evaluation of the best and worst five federal government agencies in digital services, as part of a comprehensive evaluation process that His Highness directed to launch last June, to include more than 1,300 digital services provided by ministries and federal government agencies.


His Highness said in a tweet via Twitter: "Brothers and sisters, we directed 3 months ago to evaluate the government's digital services... and after polling 55,000 customers, about their opinion of the services of 30 government agencies... We attach to you the five best agencies, and the five worst agencies in the world." The government .. We give 90 days an opportunity to improve services, and we will re-evaluate the worst parties after that, to take a decision on them.”

His Highness added, "We in the UAE government are accustomed to involving the community in evaluating the government's work and performance, and informing it of the results achieved by the authorities, whoever they are. We believe that our society is the best evaluator of the level of government and its services. His Highness added, "The entities that were unable to upgrade their digital services to the required level, we are waiting for them to modify the path and achieve the best results within 90 days. We directed the digital government to supervise the process of developing digital services, and the services of these entities will be re-evaluated, to ensure the achievement of our goal. Fundamental to the comprehensive digital transformation of government services.


The Ministry of Interior topped the results of the evaluation, advancing the list of the best government agencies in digital services, followed by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, and the Ministry of Community Development.


As for the list of the worst entities in digital services, it included the Ministry of Education, the Federal Tax Authority, the Securities and Commodities Authority, the General Pension and Social Security Authority, and the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.


The evaluations were based on field studies and opinion polls, which included 55,000 customers of the UAE government, and were conducted over a period of three months, and focused on the performance of 30 government agencies, providing more than 1,300 services, through 58 digital channels nationwide.
