Altair 2021 LLC, Vega 2021 LLC, Editor-in-chief 2021 LLC and Romashki Monolith LLC are included in the register.
The ministry explained that the organizations were created by Russian individuals previously entered in the register of foreign agents.
"In this case, we are talking about the conscientious observance by the specified citizens of the requirements of the law established for persons included in the register, and aimed at increasing the information transparency of their activities," the Ministry of Justice said.
On May 1, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law introducing a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles for distributing messages and materials of a foreign media agent in the media without indicating this status.
