This means that starting from October, young people aged 20-30 years old will start to receive the first dose of vaccine, and from November 12 to 19 years old young people will start receiving the vaccine.

  Peruvian Deputy Public Health Minister Gustavo Russell said: “There is no doubt that we will complete the vaccination work for people over 30 in September. This is entirely possible because Peru will receive 12 million people in September. This will be the largest dose Peru has received in a single month so far."

  He said that the government hopes to complete the vaccination of people over 30 years old nationwide in September.

  Russell also estimated that the first dose of vaccine will be given to people aged 20-30 years old in October, and the first dose of vaccine will be given to teenagers aged 12 to 19 years old in November.

  He said: “Our plan includes 28 million people aged 12 and over. So far, we have 8 million people protected by the vaccine. The government’s goal is to vaccinate 13 million people in September. By December, Peru There should be 28 million people vaccinated with two doses."
