After a long time, we are once again focusing on the topic of Corona in the current episode. The last regular session of the Bundestag before the election is scheduled for September 7, and a lot will be discussed in advance about necessary changes to the Infection Protection Act in order to prepare for the weeks and possibly months in which Germany only has one executive federal government. A debate has now broken out about whether employers can query the vaccination status of their employees. Lena Rudkowsi, a professor of labor law, is available to answer our questions.

In the "What was, what is coming" section with Pia Lorenz, we talk about all other current topics of legal relevance.

The key words here are: the new Climate Protection Act, the disputes over the Datteln IV coal-fired power plant and the AfD's anger with the protection of the constitution.

At the end there is again "the fair judgment" of the week.
