02 September 2021 Lazio in red and Campania back in yellow are the main news for Italy in the weekly update of the map on the incidence of Covid in the EU.
Basilicata, Calabria, Marche, Sardinia, Sicily and Tuscany remain colored in red.
According to the map prepared by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (Ecdc) at the moment the European regions with the highest number of infections in relation to the population (in dark red) are Corsica and the South of France, and the northwest of Ireland.
